Secret recipe revealed!
Craving Pasta at home? Want to eat some fresh pasta? You know that we got you covered, we have our homemade pasta made freshly with our pasta machine. Want to do it at home from scratch yourself? Here is a perfect recipe to get your hands dirty and your taste buds wanting more:
Makes 2.5 pounds of pasta, about 6-8 servings.
4 cups of unbleached all-purpose flour
3 egg yolks
2 cups of water
pinch of a salt
Prepare your work-space: table, counter top or a large cutting board. Put the flour in the center, add the yolks, the salt and gradually add the water. Mix all together to make a dough and knead it with your hands for several minutes until it is elastic and non-sticky.
Dust your working surface with flour. Roll the dough into thin layer. Cut the dough into desired shape with knife or pizza cutter. Sprinkle more flour on the top to make to prevent your pasta from sticking together. Put into boiling water for 1.5-2 minutes. Mix if necessary. When pasta is ready, drain it and serve immediately with your favorite pasta sauce (we sell our fresh made sauces too!). Buon Appetito!
